Best Damn Jerky

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Our jerky is a perishable food product made in small batches, so once an order is confirmed, it is final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on this site is a request, not a completed purchase. We will contact you by phone, text, or email to confirm your order, availability, and payment. Payment is arranged when we confirm your order. Prices and availability can change without notice.

3. Order & Shipping Notifications

By providing your email address or phone number at checkout, you agree to receive order-related messages from us, such as order confirmations, updates, and shipping or tracking notifications. Text messages may be delivered through your carrier's messaging gateway, and standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Deals & Marketing Messages

If you opt in when creating an account, we may send you occasional emails and text messages about deals, new flavors, restocks, and rewards. You can opt out anytime by contacting us or replying STOP to any text. Opting out of marketing does not affect order-related messages.

5. Jerky Rewards Program

Points are earned when an order is marked fulfilled and have no cash value. Points and reward items may change, and we reserve the right to adjust or end the program at any time. Reward redemptions are fulfilled with your next order or arranged pickup.

6. Food Allergen Notice

Our products are made with beef and marinades that may contain soy, wheat (gluten), and chili peppers, and are produced in a kitchen that handles these ingredients. If you have a food allergy, ask us about ingredients before ordering.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Damn Jerky is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
